It is SAMSUNG mid range smartphone called SAMSUNG GALAXY WIN PRO G3812 which is also available as SAMSUNG GALAXY QUATTRO 2 in INDIA with dual sim card slot. It comes with powerful configuration in a low price range, but this phone will only launched in China which is very bad for other country.

It is a 4.5 inches capacitive multitouch touch screen smartphone having 540*960 pixels screen size.Its touch is also average and lag free.

Its running on ANDROID 4.2.2 JELLYBEAN OS with Touchwiz UI for good user interface.
RAM AND PROCESSOR:-
SAMSUNG GALAXY WIN PRO G3812 comes with 1.2 Ghz quad core Cortex A7 processor along with MSM8926 qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset.There is also 1.5 GB ram and GPU for gaming,that means multitasking and gaming experience is nice in this smartphone which is good.
