Smartphone company PANASONIC has launched a very low budget smartphone called PANASONIC T-31.Its look is good and configuration is also ok.It is a dual sim smartphone.

PANASONIC T-31 was launched on october 2013. It comes with a 7000INR price tagwhich is very affordable.
SCREEN AND DESIGN:-
It is a 4 inches capacitive multitouch touch screen smartphone having 480*800 pixels screen size.
OS:-
Its running on latest ANDROID 4.2 JELLYBEAN OS for good user interface.
RAM AND PROCESSOR:-
PANASONIC T-31 comes with 1.3 GHZ singlr core processor and 513 MB ram which is average.
MEMORY:-
It comes with 4 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB via micro SD card.
CAMERA:-
It comes with 3.2 MP autofocus rear primary camera with LED flash light and 0.3 MP secondary camera for video calling which is good in this price range.
BATTERY AND OTHER FEATURES:-
It comes with 1300 mah battery which gives less than one day backup. Other features are SNS integration, predictive text input.

So overall it is a low budget smartphone which is very affordable with average specification and configuration.
