Apple Released I pad 4 in November 2012. This is 4th generation i pad but its look is same as ipad3 (rectangular shape and rounded corners) nd having screen size 10 inches. But I pad 4 comes with new hardware a6x and having dual core processor and quad core graphics.
And as usual it comes with best quality capacitive touchscreen In which you will get premium quality of touch experience. But there is no SD card slot so be wise while choosing ipad4 of 16/32/64/128 GB storage.it comes with ios6 and upgradable to ios7.
But if we talking about some common features like screen size,camera,ram etc so these are same as I pad 3. cost of I pad 4 16 GB is around 39000 INR which is 13000inr more than i pad 3 which is of 26000inr. And there is a little bit difference in I pad 3 and I pad 4 with a large price difference so overall I will refer you to buy ipad3 than i pad 4.
