It is best CANVAS series smartphone from MICROMAX after MICROMAX CANVAS TURBO called MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT.It comes with octa core processor,powerful configuration and so many new features.It sounds awesome and looks very good on paper but is it enough to give competition to some other high end devices like Galaxy note 3,HTC one,Xperia z ultra etc.Lets check out this review.

SCREEN AND DESIGN:-
MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT is a large 5 inches IPS LCD capacitive multitouch touchscreen smartphone having 1080*1920 pixels screen size.
Its body design is looking like international design.Its body design looks very fresh but it is quite similar to Xperia z.There are round edges on side panels and metal styling on the edges due to which CANVAS KNIGHT looks very premium and classy.It is very large in size due to which it is difficult to hold in one hand but you can manage it.Its full HD display looking good and its viewing angle is also nice but not very good.Its text readability under sunlight condition is good and text is looking sharp and crisp but there is no scratch resistant glass for protection which can dissapoint you but i think whatever you got in this price range is sufficient.
OS:-
MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT works on ANDROID 4.2.2 Jellybean OS with customised UI and some new features.Its UI is looking very good and user-friendly.There are some pre loaded apps like opera,Getit,Real steel,BBM,Hook up,Hike,Kingsoft office,truecaller etc.But some peoples expected Android 4.4 Kitkat OS instead of ANDROID 4.2.2 Jellybean which is very disappointing.
MEMORY:-
It comes with 32 GB of internal storage which is not expandable via micro SD card,but you will get only 25 GB user available space.I think it is sufficient storage for you.
RAM AND PROCESSOR:-
MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT comes with 2 ghz octa core Cortex-A7 processor with Mediatek MT6592T chipset and 2 GB ram.There is also a latest MALI-450 GPU.Its chipset is high performance process chipset and is capable of multitasking very smoothly.It can run apps very smoothly.Its benchmark results are also very impressive as there is octa core processor.Its GPU is capable of run HD games but we notice some lag during play HD games like Asphalt 8,Real racing 3 and real football 2013.But overall its performance is very decent according to its price tag.
CAMERA:-
It comes with 16MP autofocus rear back camera which is capable of record HD 1020p videos @ 30fps.There is also a LED flashlight for low light conditions and a 8.0MP front camera for HD video calling which is huge.There is a M8 largan lens for click some high resolution pics.Its performance is good under both good light and low light conditions.Clicked pics are crisp and clear under good light conditions but under low light conditions its clarity decreases and sometimes you will find that there is lack of details while zooming a pic, you can also notice some noise at edges.Overall its camera is very decent but not excellent.Other camera features are Geo-tagging,touch focus,face detection,panorama,HDR,scene detection,smile photo shot modes,scene modes,burst mode(99 shots) etc.
BATTERY AND FEATURES:-
It comes with 2350 mah battery which gives 7 hrs 30 mins talktime that means full 1 day battery on normal uses which is good.Other features are SNS integration and predictive text input etc.
CONCLUSION:-
It is an awesome octa core smartphone with fresh design, smooth performance and decent price tag but its OS and camera performance could be better. Seriously we have no reason to down it and you can definitely go for this.
