HTC has launched a high end device called HTC DESIRE 700 which is a dual sim phone with dual standby mode. It comes with average configuration but the price range is very high and it will be difficult for HTC DESIRE 700 to stand in smartphone market.

HTC DESIRE 700 was launched on November 2013. It comes with a 33000 INR price tag.
SCREEN AND DESIGN:-
It is a 5 inches capacitive multitouch touch screen smartphone having 540*960 pixels screen size.Its design is quite good.
OS:-
Its running on ANDROID 4.1 JELLYBEAN OS with HTC SENSE UI for good user interface.
RAM AND PROCESSOR:-
HTC DESIRE 700 comes with 1.2 GHZ quad core snapdragon 200 processor.There is also 1 GB ram and Adreno 205 GPU which is older GPU but multitasking and gaming experience is good in this smartphone.
MEMORY:-
It comes with 8 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 64 GB via micro SD card.
CAMERA:-
It comes with 8MP autofocus rear back primary camera with LED flash light and 2.1 MP secondary camera for video calling .It is capable of record HD video of 1080p @ 30 fps.So photography experience will be good.
BATTERY AND OTHER FEATURES:-
It comes with 2100 mah battery which gives 12 hours talk time. Other features are SNS integration,dual band,stereo speakers with built in amplifier,HTC boom sound,HTC blinkfeed and predictive text input.
CONCLUSION:-
I think in this price range should be 2GB and also GPU and processor are not latest,otherwise phone is good but in this price range you should look for other options.
