Indian smartphone company Celkon has launched a android smartphone in low price range with average  configuration called CELKON A9+.It is a dual sim smartphone with dual standby mode and it was launched on may 2013.
It is a 3.5 inches capacitive multitouch touchscreen smartphone.
It comes with 2 mp rear back camera ,but their is no LED flash light for photography in low light condition and it also comes with VGA front camera for video calling.
This is powered by 1 GHz single core processor with spreadtrum SC6820 chipset along with 256 MB of ram that means multitasking and web browsing is average in this smartphone.But their is no 3G connectivity.
CELKON A9+ comes with some good features like sns integration,voice memo and predictive text input.
It consist of 512 MB of internal  memory which is expandable upto 32 GB via micro SD card in this device.
CELKON A9+ works on old android 4.0 ice cream sandwich OS for good user interface.
CELKON A9+ comes with 1350 mAh battery which gives you less than 1 day of battery life on normal uses.

CELKON A9+ comes with 3290INR price tag in India,which is very cheap and affordable.

SO OVERALL THIS IS A AVERAGE  SMARTPHONE FROM CELKON WITH AVERAGE CONFIGURATION AND VERY LOW RANGE PRICE TAG AND YOU CAN GO FOR THIS IF YOUR BUDGET IS VERY LOW.....BUT OTHERWISE THESE PHONES LAGS VERY MUCH AND THEY CREATE PROBLEM FOR YOU...
