In smart phone race ACER is new but working quite well to provide us a good quality smart phone. And his upcoming smart phone is ACER LIQUID S1 which runs on android 4.2 (jelly bean) operating system.
It has 1.5GHZ cortex-a7 quad core processor for multitasking operation and faster processing. It is a smart phone with 5.7 inch large display with very good quality of capacitive response touch screen having 8 mega PX of primary camera and 1.3 mega PX secondary cameras and it is also available in both single and dual Sims card slot.
The ram of this smart phone is 1 GB and it consists of 8 GB internal memory which can be expanded to 32 GB memory. The smart phone consists of 2400 mash battery for long lasting backup.  It also comes with some preloaded apps and games
