This is powered by 1 GHz dual core cortex A9 processor along with 512 MB of ram that mean multi tasking is very smooth in this tablet but the ram is little bit disappointing because in this price range so many good tablet company offers 1 or 2 GB of ram so the ram should be 1 GB so that you can enjoy full HD gaming smoothly but 512 MB ram is also not so bad if you not gamer because it is manageable for other work.
iPad MINI comes with 16/32/64 GB of internal memory which is not expandable because their is no micro SD card ,so be careful while buying iPad mini because no SD card slot create lot's of problem's
It work on iOS 6.0 which is upgradable up to iOS 6.1.3 and planned to upgradable upto iOS 7.0. i Pad MINI is also consist of so many other good features like power VR SGX543MP2 GPU,apple A5 chipset,new lighting cable and it also consist of dual band WiFi connectivity and 4 G connectivity for faster browsing experience.
